These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and scrplayapk ("Platform", "We"). Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at scrplayapk at any one time. Holding multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, emails, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your scrplayapk account username and password. All activity that occurs under your account — whether carried out by you or any other party — is your responsibility. scrplayapk recommends that you:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA / OTP) for an additional layer of security.
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account each time you finish using the platform, especially on public devices.
• Notify scrplayapk immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Account Transfer

Scrplayapk accounts are personal and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other individual or entity under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer an account will be considered a violation of these terms.

Scrplayapk accepts deposits via a range of payment methods recognised in Malaysia, including online bank transfers, e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and other supported digital payment methods. All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to account tier and limits set by the payment method.

Deposit Confirmation

Withdrawal Terms

• The account must have fully completed the KYC verification process.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the scrplayapk account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Any active bonus balance that has not yet met the wagering requirements may affect the amount eligible for withdrawal.

Processing Time

Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed automatically within 15 to 60 minutes. General Bonus Terms

Violation of any of the above rules will result in immediate action by scrplayapk, including temporary suspension or permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and potential legal action where applicable.

Scrplayapk takes user privacy very seriously. All personal information collected during registration and platform use is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored in a secure environment.

Data Usage

• Your personal data is used solely for account management, transaction processing, and compliance with legal requirements.
• Scrplayapk will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

You may close your scrplayapk account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the closure is processed, please ensure all balances in your account have been withdrawn. Any balance not withdrawn within 90 days of the closure request will be forfeited.

Termination by scrplayapk

Scrplayapk reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Suspected or proven fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• The requirement to comply with regulatory directives or court orders.

The scrplayapk platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, scrplayapk does not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical downtime.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, scrplayapk is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through use of the platform, including in-game losses.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond scrplayapk's control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

In all circumstances, scrplayapk's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

Scrplayapk reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal compliance reasons.

Continued use of the scrplayapk platform after the effective date of any term changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
